This one is worked by hand rather than by a bulb or a motor: a finger pull draws the vacuum and a button lets it go again straight away. The ring is TPR, soft enough to stay comfortable where harder plastic would not. Fewer parts than a powered pump, and nothing to charge.
Wash the TPR with a mild unscented soap and let it dry completely before storage. Stored against other soft toys it picks up marks, so give it a spot of its own.
