A 24 cm massager with a 4.8 cm head, wide and round rather than pointed, so the vibration spreads across whatever it rests on. Seven vibration patterns and five speeds are set from the handle. Super-soft silicone covers the head, the motor stays quiet, and the battery charges over USB rather than being replaced.
