Oscar is a clear TPR sleeve, silky on the surface and stretchy enough to pull on easily while still staying put. Worn over the shaft it dulls sensation slightly, which is exactly what some people are after. It is waterproof as well.

Use a water-based lubricant, because oil-based and silicone-based formulas both attack a TPR surface.
Wash the TPR with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry it before it goes back in the drawer. Stored against other soft toys it picks up marks, so give it a spot of its own.
