Tony is a 15 cm silicone vibrator, 3.2 cm across, shaped for internal use with a smooth tapered tip. Thirty vibration settings give it range from a low hum to something much firmer. It charges over USB from a laptop or a mains adapter, so there are no batteries to replace.
