The Ultra Power Bullet is small, silicone-covered and shaped with more character than a plain capsule. It concentrates vibration on the clitoris and steps through a set of patterns, either from its own button or from the Satisfyer app. The IPX7 rating means the bath is fair game. It charges from a magnetic USB cable rather than taking batteries.

A little water-based lubricant goes a long way, and it will not harm the silicone.
The body takes water without trouble, so wash it under the tap with a neutral soap and dry it after.
