A bullet in polished aluminium: 8 cm long, 2 cm across, quiet in use and solid in the hand. The metal shell is sealed, so it can go into the shower, and two AA batteries come in the box. Metal is cold to the touch at first and warms against the skin, which some people like and use on purpose.
