An inflatable silicone plug with a hand pump on a tube. It goes in narrow, 2.5 cm across deflated, and widens with each squeeze of the bulb, so the size is set from the outside rather than chosen in advance. The insertable length is 11.3 cm of a total 16.9 cm, and a valve lets the air out again afterwards.

A water-based lubricant is the right partner here — silicone-based formulas soften silicone.
Soap and warm running water clean it well; just give it time to dry before storing.
