A vacuum pump: the cylinder goes over the penis while it is still flaccid, and drawing the air out concentrates blood in the shaft. A comfortable, airtight seal at the base, right where the penis meets the pubis, helps keep it there. The cylinder is 4.5 cm in diameter, and the parts are ABS, TPE and PVC, made without phthalates.
