A straightforward suction pump: the cylinder goes over the shaft, the silicone gasket seals against the body, and pumping draws the air out. It is 19 cm long and 5.5 cm across. Three rings of different sizes come with it, to be slipped on afterwards if you want to hold the effect for a while.
A neutral soap and warm water keep the silicone in good condition; dry it off before it is put away.
