Intense Health Kegel is the pelvic floor line within Intense and the shelf holds only kegel and Ben Wa balls, most of them sold in silicone. Two thirds are Ben Wa styles, with the rest as single or double balls on a retrieval loop. Silicone is named on every listing. The pages recommend using a water-based lubricant and cleaning afterwards with a toy cleaner, which is advice about how to use the product rather than a statement about what it contains. Total lengths of 13 cm and 20 cm appear on the listings, which include the loop. Balls like these are used in short daily sessions; for anything beyond general training, take advice from a health professional rather than the page.
