Online is a vibrating egg range, with remote-controlled models and bullets making up the rest of the shelf. Three facts hold across every listing: the item is described as waterproof, it runs on replaceable batteries rather than a charge, and it offers several intensity settings. The battery types vary and are worth noting before ordering, since they include AAA cells but also smaller button and cylindrical types such as LR44, LR1 and 23A, which are less easy to find in a corner shop. Six in ten name an ABS housing and a similar number ship with a handset. Sizes are small by design, from under 2 cm across on the bullets up to about 6 cm in length, which is the point of an egg.
