Pump Worx is Pipedream's pump range and penis pumps account for the whole shelf. Most are manual, worked by a trigger handle or a bulb, with a small group that runs on cells or charges instead. Silicone appears on part of the range as the sealing sleeve at the base of the cylinder and ABS on the pump body, though material declarations are not given on every page. The dimensions are what decide the purchase: chamber diameters from around 5 cm to 8.3 cm and cylinder lengths from roughly 17 cm to 30.5 cm, since a chamber that is too wide will not hold a seal and one that is too narrow is uncomfortable. Build up gradually and follow the instructions supplied with the pump.
