Shaped like a syringe rather than a bulb, so the push is steady and you can see how much has gone in. The tip is soft and flexible and lifts off for cleaning, the controller detaches as well, and the barrel takes up to 100 ml. Everything that comes apart is meant to, which is what makes it straightforward to rinse.
