A hollow sleeve you slide over yourself, adding five centimetres to what is already there. Eighteen and a half centimetres long overall, four and a half across, with a scrotal strap built in to keep it seated. Liquid silicone gives it the stretch it needs and the realistic surface it carries. Waterproof.
