Thickness is the selling point here: 4.5 cm across, with 12.5 cm going in out of 17 cm overall, and balls moulded at the base. The dual-density construction pairs a firm core with a soft exterior, for a blend of comfort and realism. The material is TPE, worked to look like skin.

TPE takes water-based lubricant and nothing else; oil-based and silicone-based formulas break it down.
A neutral soap and warm water keep the TPE in good condition; dry it off before it is put away.
