The Osian set is pelvic floor equipment rather than a toy: balls covered in silicone, worn internally, with nothing to switch on and nothing to charge. The maker recommends short, regular sessions rather than long ones, taken while you move about; the work happens on its own, from the weight and from the muscles holding it. Pink.

Silicone bodies and silicone lubricants do not belong together — water-based is the answer.

Wash it after use with warm water and a soap that has no perfume in it, then dry it off.
