Nina Cup Purple L is a reusable menstrual cup in soft silicone, made to be folded, inserted and left in place to collect the flow for up to 12 hours. To remove it, pull gently on the stem with two fingers. Sterilise it by boiling for 3 minutes before the first use.
Reach for a water-based lubricant, because a silicone one degrades a silicone surface on contact.
Wash it after use with warm water and a soap that has no perfume in it, then dry it off.
