Nina Cup Purple S is a small reusable silicone menstrual cup with a 15 ml capacity, an eco-friendly option compared with disposable tampons and pads. It can stay in for up to 12 hours; press it, bend it into a U shape to insert, and pull slowly by the stem to take it out. Boiling it for 3 minutes sterilises it.
