The beads are what set this apart: a single row running up and down inside on three speed settings, while the vibration and the tapping work on their own. Seven vibration settings, seven tapping settings and four nod settings between them. Silicone over ABS, USB charging, and the arms are angled to reach two places at once.

Reach for a water-based lubricant, because a silicone one degrades a silicone surface on contact.
Give it a wash with gentle soap and warm water, and make sure it is dry before storing.
