Threesome 4 has three arms, each flexible enough to be bent into position, and three motors. It works by contact rather than air pressure, spreading vibration across the clitoris and the labia at once. Twelve programmes come preset, with more available through the app. The body is rigid where it needs to be and soft where it touches, and it recharges over a magnetic USB cable.

Water-based lubricant keeps the silicone intact, which a silicone-based one would not.
A waterproof body means washing is simple: warm water, neutral soap, and a proper dry.
