Piccolo makes no attempt at realism. It is a 5-inch silicone shaft with a curve worked into it, finished in three colours, on a suction cup that holds against tile or a smooth wall. The curve is aimed at the front wall or the prostate depending on who is using it. Soft to the touch.
Pair it with a water-based lubricant and keep silicone-based formulas for other materials.
Warm water and a mild soap after use, then dry it right through before storage.
