A pulsator does not buzz. Instead of an offset weight spun to make the shell vibrate, a pulsator drives a weight back and forth along its own axis, and the whole body shifts with it. What you feel is movement and impact rather than the high-frequency hum of a vibrator.

That difference matters if vibration has ever left you numb. Buzz works by saturating the nerves, and nerves adapt — which is why sessions can get longer and toys can stop working over time. Thrusting motion does not saturate the same way, so it tends to stay effective, and the sensation reads as closer to penetration than to stimulation.

The trade-off is that a pulsator needs something to push against. Held loosely in the air it flails; held or worn so the base meets resistance, it works. Most people find it takes a few sessions to learn the grip, and that the reward is a kind of movement no vibrator produces.

Bodies here are seamless silicone over a sealed core, rechargeable and waterproof, with models shaped for the G-spot, for external use, and with a second arm for the clitoris. If you already own vibrators and keep reaching for a stronger one, this is the category to try instead of another motor.
