Double Penetration Strap-Ons

A double penetration strap-on carries two shafts on one harness, set at an offset so both can be used at once. Nearly every listing on the shelf comes with the harness itself rather than the attachments alone. Silicone leads the materials, with soft TPE and TPR on the more flexible shafts, and a group of pages specifies certified medical-grade silicone.
